Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the Milee service processes personal data during demo calls and while providing the service.
Data controller
Webio s.r.o.
Company ID: 24654663 · VAT ID: CZ24654663
E-mail: jsme@milee.cz
What data we process
- Phone number – entered in the demo form or imported by our customer.
- Call recording and transcript – demo calls and campaign calls are recorded and transcribed.
- Form data – e.g. project URL, selected call type.
- Technical data – IP address (abuse protection, rate limiting).
Purpose and legal basis
- Demo call – demonstrating the service. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the checkbox before starting the demo; we store the time of consent. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Your rights).
- Campaign calls – here the data controller is our customer (the company running the campaign); we act as a processor under a data processing agreement.
Who works with the data (processors)
Calls are technically provided by Retell AI (voice AI platform) and a telephony operator; data may also be processed outside the EU – we have standard contractual clauses (SCC) in place with providers, or they are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Infrastructure (hosting, database) runs with vetted cloud providers.
Retention
We keep demo call recordings, transcripts and data for at most 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically (including recordings at the voice platform provider). Campaign data follows the instructions of the customer (controller).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. Just write to jsme@milee.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz).
AI and recording
The demo call is conducted by an AI assistant (not a live operator) and the call is recorded – the assistant tells you this at the start of the call and asks whether you wish to continue.
